Type of Loans Available to Qualifying Companies
The Montgomery County Industrial Development Authority makes loans available to manufacturers, exempt facilities and non-profit organizations for real estate and equipment. 
        
The Montgomery County Development Corporation oversees two small business loans:
  • Startup and emerging small businesses unable to secure conventional financing can apply for the Montgomery County MicroLoan Fund
  • Manufacturers, hospitality businesses and high-technology companies may be eligible for the Small Business First Fund
